I was very happy with the shades and delivery on the shades.But: It took two weeks to get the swatches. And then another two weeks to get the correct brackets!! I lost track of the number of phone calls.Original swatch order 6-11-2010. Installed blinds on 7-21-2010. And blind delivery was a little over a week.
